Derby School of Music have the most established private piano tutors in Derby. We have a reputation for providing, the highest quality of piano tuition in Derby. All Piano Lessons are held at our purpose built Music School teaching studios in Derby.

Piano lessons are on a one-to-one basis and our piano teachers tailor the lessons to individual needs. Whether you prefer traditional music, or contemporary music our piano teachers will get you playing your preferred style. We teach all styles of piano including Classical, Pop, Rock, Country and Jazz & Blues. We also cater for all ages so both children and adults are equally welcomed.

Piano Lessons are on our top quality Yamaha Acoustic Pianos. Whilst using a digital piano or keyboard is fine for practice at home, our piano tutors recognise the importance of using an acoustic piano in lessons for learning correct techniques.

Piano lessons can lead to public performances at one of our piano concerts. Exams are also available for anyone wanting to gain a qualification. However, learning to play piano for enjoyment and as a hobby is equally encouraged.
